I'm Ashton, and my roots in Northwest Arkansas run deep. Growing up in the Rogers-Lowell area, I've always been captivated by the history, growth, and sheer beauty of the area. There's something magical about NWA that draws people in; it's not hard to see why many visitors end up falling in love and calling it home. The evolution of NWA excites me—I'm thrilled by the opportunities it presents and the unique lifestyle it offers. From the plethora of outdoor activities to the thriving culinary scene, artistic influences, medical advancements, tech hubs, and local craftsmanship, this area is vibrant and ever-evolving.  I'm a huge fan of our local lakes and rivers, and recently, I've found a passion for running and mountain biking. Let’s also not forget my love for the Arkansas Razorbacks (as hard as that may be to admit sometimes)! The uniqueness of each town and area within NWA intrigues me —their individuality within the collective NWA community. Understanding these niche markets and nurturing relationships within them is paramount to me. I aim to stay informed, connected, and reliable, serving not only my agents and the industry but also my community. My journey into real estate was preceded by a degree in Information Technology and diverse experiences in banking, corporate, and management roles. Over the years, I've delved into various facets of real estate, from luxury properties to land, multi-family, new construction, and investment properties. My roles have spanned from back-office manager to marketing director, property manager, luxury specialist, supporting broker, and managing broker. This diverse background has sculpted a well-rounded perspective of the real estate market and industry. As Non-Competing Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, my commitment to real estate excellence is unwavering. I actively contribute to the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® (NABOR), Arkansas REALTORS® Association (ARA), and the area chapter of Urban Land Institute (ULI). My philosophy is simple: real estate isn't about sales; it's about personal journeys. I understand that buying or selling a home is a deeply intimate journey, not just a transaction.
